You can never wrong with a monochrome look. I find it so easy to play around with different accessories to create a new look with the combination because the ideas are endless. The number of outfit looks you can reinvent are limitless.
Black and white outfits are simply a plain canvas where you can be free and wild to play around with different colors and not feel like you are overdoing it. The other advantage is that you can easily get away with several fashion mistakes when combining it with other prints .
Can we please take a moment to appreciate this top? I love the exaggerated flared sleeves and the drama they add to the whole outfit. The fit and print on it just made me feel lux and sophisticated.
I decided to step out of my comfort zone by combining different black and white prints with an African print as my head-wrap just to add an edge to the overall look. The fine black lines on the top blend well with the pencil skirt that has box details. I went with a pair of black wedges that have the zigzag effect on the wedge and finished of with some dangling earrings. As for the makeup, more has been said on my excitement on this post.
My style has been evolving over the years and i am excited about the transition from simple outfits to embracing bold designs and prints and finally finding a soft spot for make-up.Do you fancy a monochrome look?
